Chris has been a licensed real estate agent since 2013 and has completed 100s of transactions with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout central Ohio.  Chris is a licensed civil (structural) engineer and worked in the engineering field for 25 years as a designer, manager, and ultimately as an owner of an engineering consulting firm.  He personally began investing in real estate in 2002 and it has become his passion. Once he sold his engineering firm Chris transferred into real estate full time to help others invest in personal homes as well as rentals, rehabs, and vacation homes.  

Chris's love for numbers, solving problems, and negotiating makes him a great fit for someone that looks at value in a home. His insight into valuations of properties, knowledge and constant studying of the market data, and his experience with all ranges of homes and multi families from $100k complete rehabs to over $1M move in ready is Chris's strength in the real estate field. 

Chris is also licensed in SW Florida and helps many clients invest in winter homes, vacation rentals, and retirement homes in the Naples, Fort Myers, and Venice Florida areas.  Chris's experience in both Ohio and Florida as an investor himself adds to his ability to assist his clients as he has invested in over 50 properties himself since 2002.
